FAQ

Customer will often ask questions about food allergies. It is essential to answer these question  properly, so they are informed of the ingredients and possible allergic risks. If a customer ask a  question about particular ingredients and you do not know the answer please give us a call. 

Are macarons gluten free? Yes, all macarons are gluten free unless otherwise marked. 

Are macarons safe for gluten intolerant/Celiac people? Yes, since all the macaron (unless  otherwise marked), it is safe for people who are celiac or are gluten intolerant. We use almond flour to  make our macaron and are very vigilant in the way we chose and handle our product. 

What are macaron made of? The shells are almond meringues made with egg whites, icing sugar,  granulated sugar and ground almond. The filling are either ganache, buttercream, jam, or cream  cheese. 

Do macaron contain dairy? Mostly yes, but we do have dairy free options for macaron. Dairy free  macaron are marked on their name tag. We have other option of dairy free pastries in the store such  as the Florentines (regular) or meringues. 

Is there gelatin in your macaron? Some macaron contain gelatin. It is indicated in the list of  macarons and their composition. 

Is there any peanuts? We do have a peanut butter macaron, although other macaron do not  contain peanuts we CANNOT guarantee that ingredients were not in contact with peanuts before they  arrive in our kitchen. **you MUST say this when someone asks about peanuts.  

Do you have vegan macaron? Macaron contain eggs and therefore they are not vegan.
