- How far in advance should I place my order?

For everyday arrangements, we recommend ordering at least 24–48 hours in advance. Same-day orders are also accepted, though we use materials available for that specific day. For holidays, weddings, or large events, we suggest booking earlier to ensure availability.

- Do you deliver?

Yes, we offer local delivery. Delivery fees and available time slots are shown at checkout. Same-day delivery is available; however, orders will be delivered at the earliest convenient time based on our schedule.

- Will my order be delivered on time?

We always strive to deliver orders within your selected delivery window. Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons, busy hours, or unforeseen circumstances, but we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

- Can I pick up my order at your studio?

Absolutely! You can pick up your arrangement during our studio hours. We’ll notify you when it’s ready.

- What if a specific flower is unavailable?

Seasonal or rare flowers may vary in availability. If a flower is out of stock, we’ll substitute it with the closest match in style and value, keeping the overall design intact.

- Will my bouquet look exactly like the one in the picture?

Because flowers are seasonal, your bouquet may not look exactly like the photo. We always maintain the overall style, color palette, and spirit of the design. If a particular flower or color is important to you, please contact us to check availability.

- Do you offer wedding and event floral services?

Yes! We provide full floral design for weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations. Contact us to schedule a consultation.

- How do I care for my fresh flowers?

Care tips depend on the arrangement, and we typically include specific instructions with every bouquet. In general, keep flowers in fresh water, change the water and clean the vase daily, trim the stems every 1–2 days, and place the arrangement away from direct sunlight and heat.

- What’s the shelf life of my bouquet?

Fresh flower bouquets typically last 5–7 days, depending on the flower varieties and care. Some blooms may last longer, while delicate flowers may have a shorter lifespan. Following the included care instructions will help your bouquet stay fresh longer.

- Can I request specific colors or a theme for my arrangement?

Definitely! Mention your preferences at checkout or contact us directly. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if the specific flowers or materials are available. Either way, we’ll create a design that suits your style perfectly.

- Are macarons gluten-free?

Yes! All macarons are gluten-free unless otherwise indicated.

- Do macarons contain dairy?

Most macarons contain dairy, but we offer dairy-free options, clearly marked on their name tags. We recommend letting us know in advance if you would like to order dairy-free macarons.

- Are there pet-safe flowers?

Yes, some flowers are considered safe for pets. Popular options include roses, sunflowers, orchids, snapdragons, and lisianthus, which are generally non-toxic to cats and dogs. Since pets can vary in sensitivity, we recommend consulting your veterinarian if you have any concerns.

- What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as e-transfer. Orders can also be placed over the phone or paid for directly at the studio. All transactions are processed securely and efficiently.
